Meet Caroline Hament
Caroline is a senior at UF studying urban forestry. When she's not behind the bar at Pascal's she's probably right outside seeing if anyone brought a dog. She eats a lot of really plain tofu and her favorite place to drink coffee is in the shower.

How long have you been a Pascal's barista?
Since August 2014.
Why did you want to become a barista?
The job is a fun mix of creativity, conversation, thoughtfulness, and work.
What kind of coffee do you keep in your pantry?
I pretty consistently have Bold Bean in the mix.
What do you most appreciate about the craft-coffee movement?
I like that there's always more things to learn and try.
If you could have any drink in your cup right now, what would it be?
Ceremony Peru. I think it tastes like olives.
What do you do on Saturday night?
I'm maybe somewhere downtown, maybe in my bed.
What song do you have stuck in your head right now?

What's your go-to Pandora station at the coffeehouse?
It would be Katy Perry except my station keeps getting deleted.....
What do you think a coffeehouse’s role in the community is?
We pour things into other things and people really like it.
